Between 1993 and 2000, a series of groundbreaking experiments revealed dramatic evidence of a web of energy that connects everything in our lives and our world—the Divine Matrix. From the healing of our bodies, to the success of our careers, relationships, and the peace between nations, this new evidence demonstrates that we each hold the power to speak directly to the for...more

This is another book that I read with a group, we would read a chapter a week and then meet to discuss the chapter. It was a interesting way of reading this book. In the group it really became clear that some found the limits of their own Beliefs.
I found it very informative and in some ways even exciting. It really explains how we are all connected to each other and to everything else. With what I term 'new science' this is a must read, just be ready for your Beliefs to be stretched and beyond.

Very good book! It kept me interested throughout the entire read. Now I think i need to read The God Code. I agree with just about every one of his views. I have always said to the people around me that we create our own reality. In the Literal sense.
Finished 'The Divine Matrix' by Gregg Braden.
I went into the book half skeptical and half open-minded. The introduction tipped that balance in favor of skeptic when it said, '...there are places where I've chosen to focus more on the radical and unexpected results of the quantum experiments, rather than getting bogged down with too many technical details of the experiments themselves.' This sentence alone seems to imply mutual exclusivity to these two things, but I don't see a connection. Furthe

This book was outstanding! It is absolutely a must read, and I have been telling my friends to read it! I have gone on a Gregg Braden reading spree! If you haven't read his books, I suggest reading this one first. He presents a mix of science and spirituality in a way which is easily understood by the general public. You don't need a degree to understand the science parts. Personally, I happen to love both, and was up to date on most of the science he wrote about.
It is a welcome change of pace t

He begins his book by saying that 'he hasn't had time to had his hypothesis peer reviewed.' In other words, none of his 'peers' would agree with his hypothesis. He claims to be a NASA scientist, and he may very will be.
It's pretty much more of the same: energy, frequency, vibration... with no real explanation of what these things are, and no actual science to support them. He makes a lot of assertions, but doesn't back them up, nor does he tell you how to find the studies he uses.

An amazing book. it gives you a solid basis of understanding the Matrix -which is the container of the universe- and how it mirrors everything. with a deep 20 keys of conscious creation.
Highly recommended.

This is a very well-written book about some of the discoveries in modern quantum physics and how this relates to some of the old believes that different religions have had for several millenniums. It's about how everything is connected through what in this book is presented as the divine matrix and it's about how we are participants of the univers and not just observing it in a separated way. Everything is reflected in everything - it's the principle of a holographic univers where everything is...more

So far so good. I am midway into it but it is so awesome. The idea of creating our own world and acknowledging our power over it, responsibly and lovingly, is the best news we can have. It brings new perspective to the idea of free will. It is a great follow up to The Holographic Universe and even better to ACIM which I finished several years ago,not that one truly 'finishes' ACIM. It is, after all, a course. :)
The truth is sometimes hard to define amidst all the falsehood but its there if you dig deep enough. The important thing is what are you going to do with it when you find it.
In this exciting book, Gregg Braden discusses the field of energy providing the container 'for everything that happens between the world within us and the one outside our bodies'.
Braden compares the divine matrix to the software that runs a computer. But our 'software' is our feelings and we can use our feelings, the language of emotion, to create our reality.
One of his 'keys' (of which he has 20) is that we are always connected to each other, the individual also always being connected to his/he

I feel a bit wishy-washy about this book. I generally like books that begin to build a bridge between quantum mechanics and consciousness (or science and spirituality). This book is a great jumping off point for researching experiments already exploring this link. However, there's a thick layer cheesiness that kept oozing through many of the pages. For instance, the author comes across the stereotypical elderly (and perhaps magical?) Native American man who shares the deep wisdom of his people....more

Somebody who really buys into this crap gave me this book. I read it and found it to be a lame mixture of pseudo-scientific hogwash for the gullible. It uses information about quantum physics to persuade people that they only need to imagine the outcomes they desire to have the future unfold the way they would like it to be. I feel for the poor slobs like the guy who gave me the book who utterly buy into this garbage.
This book is the scientific answer to the existence of Law of Attraction. Moreover, this book talks of the principles detailed in 'The Secret' but there's a catch; all the principles are backed by quantum physics.
The idea of law of attraction is tricky but once you get it, life becomes phenomenal. Our thoughts are our biggest weapon. Books like the Divine Matrix, The Secret justify that mere cultivation of your mind to work and think in a certain way, and gaining control over your emotions and

A great piece of work on the frontier of science and spirituality, which a clear bias for action – hence it is one of my favourites.
The book explains the belief in, and the scientific basis of 20 keys of conscious creation, which the author offers as our ‘code for change’. The keys thus constitute the software which, when acting through the Operating system of our consciousness, can change the hardware (Reality) of our existence:
Key 1: The Divine Matrix is the container that holds the universe,

I've been looking at a lot of documentaries around quantum mechanics, astro-physics, string theory, and unified theory. I've been mostly interested in the emerging thought amongst top physicists that the universe as we know it might be a hologram. Maybe life is 'but a dream'.
The baffling double-slit particle experiment has proven that subatomic particles exist purely as energy and only become physical when 'observed' (i.e. when affected by light). This implies we may have a lot more control ove

In the genre of books about the nature of reality, this one mainly draws from scientific experiments. Interesting experiments on DNA and comments about the 'hologram' nature of the whole universe. However, I found his grasp on science to be limited. The explanations of the experiments would by no means satisfy a scientific reader and are clearly aimed at the lay person. Thus, the conclusions and generalizations are a little fuzzy. He says that an observer can affect events in the past, which may...more

This is a MIND expanding book! At times, it's a tough read because the concepts of the Divine Matrix are complex -- take the theory of relativity and mix in a dash of string theory and top it off with quantum theory and holograms, and you'll get the idea that the world we take for granted is much more than just a walk down familiar streets in our neighborhood. The exciting thing about this book is to realize just how each one of us can affect the world by our thoughts and actions. It isn't ALL h...more

This book was my introduction to Gregg Braden and wasn't what I was expecting really. I found the quantum theory really fascinating and I will definitely read more about this. The detail is written to be understandable by a very unscientific person, like me, but with a full suite of source notes so that the subject can be investigated further if you wish. I had hoped for more of a prescriptive list of actions, but the key principles require more thinking than the lazy me had anticipated, but tha...more

The Divine Matrix Belief

As I would read any particular book on quantum physics the past two years, I would constantly repeat that someone already said this 2000 years ago. It became so annoying that I declared I would write a book and tell people just that. Now I don't have to.
The author refers to ancient texts to confirm what the prevailing quantum studies and theories indicate. It made me happy.
There are other books with better practical application, but this explained the science more than the others. This should

This is so cool! I am learning that scientists are finding there is evidence for what we as LDS call the light of Christ which fills the immensity of space. The author calls it the divine matrix. He says it is a bridge, a container, and a mirror. I read this then the next day or so I read in a General Conference address that the light of Christ is a mediator, a (something, I forget right now and will have to check) and a messenger. Those three things matched up with the three things Braden says...more
There is a lot of quantum physics in this book. Not being a scientist, I cannot speak to its validity but I will say that this way of looking at the world makes sense to me. I believe we are all connected in a way that science can only begin to explain and that we can influence our reality with the language of the universe. However, this book is a little light on the How To part. It's heavy in the burden-of-proof part, light on the what-to-do-with-that-knowledge part. I still very much enjoyed i...more
Braden explores the universe's matrix - where all things begin, the place of pure energy that simply is. There is a tremendous amount of food for thought. He quotes Einstein's statement that 'we can't solve a problem while we're in the same level of thinking that created it'. I loved his last key 'We must become in our lives the very things that we choose to experience in our lives'. He addresses the true nature of our being in our emotions. Great read!

Another book that talks about the amazing power of our mind and consciousness. However, I expected it be a how-to book and was a little sad to know that there weren't any explicit step by step instruction.
But this book has succeeded in inspiring me to change my reality from within!
This book picks up from where Einstein began. It helps explain the theory of relativity and how the bridge of understanding between science and spirituality is becoming closer. Anyone looking for a connection between science and spirituality may be interested.

The Divine Matrix - Gregg Braden Summary

THE DIVINE MATRIX Are the miracles that we see in the quantum world actually showing us our greatest possibilities rather than our scientific limits? Could the spontaneous healing of disease, an instant connection with everyone and everything, and even time travel, be our true heritage in the universe? There is a place where all things begin, the place of pure energy that simply 'is.' In this quantum incubator for reality, everything is possible. In 1944, Max Planck, the father of quantum theory, shocked the world by saying that this 'matrix' is where the birth of stars, the DNA of life, and everything between originates. Recent discoveries reveal dramatic evidence that Planck's matrix - The Divine Matrix - is real. It is this missing link in our understanding that provides the container for the universe, the bridge between our imagination and our reality, and the mirror in our world for what we create in our beliefs. To unleash the power of this matrix in our lives, we must understand how it works and speak the language that it recognizes. For more than 20 years, Gregg Braden, a former senior aerospace computer systems designer, has searched for the understanding to do just that. From the remote monasteries of Egypt, Peru, and Tibet to the forgotten texts that were edited by the early Christian church, the secret of the Divine Matrix was left in the coded language of our most cherished traditions. It is verified in today's science. In this paradigm-shattering book, Gregg shares what he's found. Through 20 keys of conscious creation, we're shown how to translate the miracles of our imagination into what is real in our lives. With easy-to-understand science and real-life stories, Gregg shows us that we're limited only by our beliefs, and what we once believed is about to change!
